  McCormick Park

  One of my favorite parks! It has the most gorgeous sand beach. The larger grass area of the park is a great spot for a stroll or Summer concert.

  Big Rock Park

  If you don’t know where this park is just find the two towering sequoia trees near Duvall Safeway. It used to be the smallest park in Washington State until another city created an even smaller one. It is a nice shady spot with a picnic table if you grab food nearby you can hang out under the sequoias.

  Eastside Property Solutions

  EPS completed a huge remodel of our house in 2019. They moved our laundry upstairs in a newly created laundry room, redid 3 bathrooms, the kitchen (pictured), floors all throughout, doors and probably a few other things I’m forgetting. They’re great with kids and pets and are extremely respectful of the home. I loved how they managed subcontractors, like for shower glass, and would be here so I didn’t have to coordinate that part. They are our go-to for any home project we will have in the future!

  A beautiful park with fields (2 turf and 1 grass), restrooms, playground, walking paths, batting cages, and restrooms. We love playing here!
