Duvall Neighborhoods

Where Duvall began in 1909. Main Street shops, restaurants, and the Thursday Farmers Market anchor daily life. Small lots, walkable streets, and character homes with real history sit steps from McCormick Park and the Snoqualmie River.

East of Main Street and up the hill, the ridgeline neighborhoods reward residents with sweeping Cascade views, mature tree canopy, and quiet cul-de-sacs. Home to most of Duvall's established communities and newer master-planned subdivisions, plus the 320-acre Ring Hill Forest.

North of the city core, the landscape opens into Cherry Valley's rural acreage, horse properties, and wildlife corridors. The Ridge at Big Rock brings new master-planned living, while the northern reaches offer farmland, forest, and the gateway to Cherry Creek Falls.

South of downtown toward Carnation, Big Rock Sports Field, Fox Hollow Park, and the Snoqualmie Valley Trail anchor this active corridor. Newer construction and family-friendly neighborhoods line the road with parks, playgrounds, and court sports built right in.

The west side of Duvall along the Snoqualmie River offers more rural living, river access, and larger properties. Fewer subdivisions and more acreage define this quieter side of town, with Novelty Hill Road connecting to Redmond's tech corridor.
