Evans Pond is one of those Duvall neighborhoods that flies under the radar in the best way possible. Look for the sign on the southwest corner of 284th Pl NE and NE Roney Rd, just west of the crosswalk, and the neighborhood runs north from there up 284th Pl NE with homes on both sides of the street. It is an established residential area with comfortable homes, mature landscaping, and the kind of quiet, tree-lined streets that make for great evening walks. There is an HOA here, and it covers the homes that spill over onto NE Roney Rd too. The neighborhood benefits from proximity to everything Duvall has to offer: downtown shops, the Snoqualmie Valley Trail, McCormick Park, and the school system. Not flashy, and that is exactly the point. Evans Pond is for people who want a solid, well-maintained home in a neighborhood that just works.
