Dougherty Farmstead

One of Duvall's most treasured historic sites and home to some of the oldest standing structures in the Snoqualmie River Valley. The restored wooden farmhouse was built in 1888, and the outbuildings around it are still there.
Landmarked by the King County Landmarks Preservation Board in 1983 and the State of Washington in 2004, and listed on the National Register of Historic Places.
The Duvall Historical Society opens the Dougherty House for tours Sundays 1pm to 4pm, May through September. The grounds also host the Easter Egg Hunt each spring and share a parking lot with the Duvall Dog Park.
