Quiet water and quieter views. The 4th Avenue NE access point has steps down, a picnic table, and benches, which is all it needs to be a good place to sit for a while.
Worth knowing before you go: Lake Rasmussen is not a traditional lake and is not meant for swimming. The east shore is left in its natural state, so wildlife viewing is the main event.
