Silas comes up from Tacoma, and the name is newer than the building. The school opened in 1958 as Woodrow Wilson High and was renamed in 2021 for Dr. Dolores Silas, a Tacoma civil rights leader, which is why anything written before then calls this opponent Wilson. The Rams still wear the navy and red.
